Welcome to Rise Collective Med Spa. Where confidence meets intention. Founded by Sabina Sotelo, RN-BSN, Rise Collective is a boutique medical aesthetics practice in the heart of downtown New Braunfels, Texas. With nearly a decade of nursing experience, advanced aesthetic training, and a passion for natural-looking results, I believe aesthetic medicine should be about more than chasing wrinkles or trends. My approach is skin-first, personalized, and comprehensive. By combining regenerative aesthetics, advanced skin rejuvenation technology, injectables, and collagen-stimulating treatments, I create thoughtful treatment plans designed around your unique anatomy, goals, and long-term skin health. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Rise Collective Medspa, I value your time and the commitment you make to your care. To provide a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, the following policies are in place: Cancellations & No-Shows: A 50% cancellation fee applies to any appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. No-call/no-show appointments will result in a forfeited deposit and 100% of the scheduled service. This includes all services whether they are single appointments or part of a prepaid package. Prepaid service appointments such as injections, Laser, Micro-needling, memberships or any packages that are missed or go unused due to a no-show or last-minute cancellation will be subject to a $100 fee. Prepaid Products/Services: Certain services, like weight loss injections, I NAD, vitamin injection packages, may require product that has a limited shelf life. If a client does not show up within the product’s safe-use window (usually 28 days), the product must be discarded to comply with safety and medical guidelines. A new vial must be purchased for any future treatments if the product expires. Additionally it will be the clients responsibility to schedule any missed injections in a timely manner to avoid any forfeited injections. Children in the Office: To ensure a safe and peaceful environment for all clients, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the treatment space. This is due to limited space, the presence of sharps (used and unused needles), and the importance of maintaining a calm and focused setting during procedures. Thank you for understanding! Appointment Confirmations: All clients receive confirmation links via text and email 72 hrs & 24hr before their appointment. All appointments must be confirmed with a deposit one week prior to scheduled appointment with a valid card on file. Unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation to ensure proper scheduling and flow. Clients are encouraged to use the text/email links to confirm, reschedule, or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support.
